In King Of The Mild Frontier Chris, main character, was a very big cry baby when he was a child. He would cry over everything. He would cry about the silliest stuff. He cried when the New York Yankees lost the World Series. He would cry when anyone hit him, and when he couldn’t go somewhere he wanted too. This eventually stopped but it went on until he was almost a teenager. This reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger.
I also would cry over a lot of things when I was younger. I don’t think I had a temper as much as Chris but I sure did have one. I guess you can say I was one longer than Chris. The reason for that is last year during eighth grade after every game we lost I would cry because my competitive spirit let out of me. I guess this isn’t too bad because I see college and even pro athletes that cry after they lose something. Like Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat. If anyone was watching that game you saw that he could barely get to the locker room because he broke down because they lost. But there are other cases like when I was a lot younger I would cry when I didn’t get what I want. Say I didn’t like what we were having to eat that night then I would cry to let my parents know I didn’t like it. So I guess that Chris and I were very alike in this case.
